Job Description

1. Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
2. Provide desktop and laptop support.
3. Diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
4. Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
5. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
5. Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
7. Prepare accurate and timely reports.

Skill Set Required

1. Microsoft OS.
2. Good Desktop and Laptop troubleshoot.
3. Mail client support and troubleshoot.
4. Antivirus installation and scanning of system.
5. LAN knowledge and troubleshoot.
6. Peripheral installation and troubleshoot.
